13-Day Holy Land Pilgrimage Program

Malaysia – Egypt – Israel – Jordan

DAY 1 – CALLED TO GO (KUALA LUMPUR → DUBAI)

The journey begins with a step of faith.

Leaving home is never easy, but obedience often begins with departure.

“Go from your country and your kindred to the land that I will show you.” (Genesis 12:1)

As we fly toward the Middle East, we carry prayers, hopes, and quiet surrender in our hearts.

DAY 2 – A LAND OF REFUGE (DUBAI → CAIRO)

In Old Cairo, we walk where the Holy Family once found safety.

Here, fear met obedience, and danger met trust.

“Get up, take the child and his mother, and flee to Egypt.” (Matthew 2:13)

God’s plan often unfolds through protection, not power.

DAY 3 – KINGDOMS THAT FADE (CAIRO)

Standing before the Pyramids and ancient treasures, we witness human greatness — yet Scripture reminds us of what truly lasts.

“The world and its desires pass away, but whoever does the will of God lives forever.” (1 John 2:17)

As the Nile flows quietly at night, faith speaks louder than monuments.

DAY 4 – INTO THE DESERT (CAIRO → ST. CATHERINE)

We leave the city behind and journey into the wilderness.

Passing Moses Springs and the Suez Canal, noise slowly disappears.

The desert teaches stillness.

It strips away distraction and prepares the heart to listen.

By nightfall, we arrive at St. Catherine — resting in silence, knowing tomorrow we will walk where God once spoke.

DAY 5 – LAW, GRACE, AND NEW LIFE (MT. SINAI → BETHLEHEM)

Before sunrise, we climb Mount Sinai. As light breaks over the mountain, we stand where Moses received the Ten Commandments.

Here, God revealed His law — not to burden, but to guide.

Later, at the Jordan River, where Jesus was baptized, law meets grace, and obedience meets love.

From the lowest point on earth at the Dead Sea to the ancient city of Jericho,we journey onward to Bethlehem —where promise once became flesh.

DAY 6 – THE PROMISE MADE FLESH (BETHLEHEM & HEBRON)

In Hebron, we visit the tombs of Abraham and the matriarchs — the roots of faith itself.

At Shepherd’s Field, we imagine the angel’s song echoing across the hills.

Inside the Church of the Nativity, we kneel where God chose humility over power.

Bethlehem teaches us this truth: God enters the world quietly, yet changes everything.

DAY 7 – THE PRAYER OF SURRENDER (JERUSALEM)

From the Mount of Olives, Jerusalem spreads before us.

We walk the Palm Sunday Road and enter the Garden of Gethsemane.

Here, Jesus prayed not for escape — but for strength to obey.

In silence, we pray for the courage to surrender our own will. Faith is no longer theory here.

It becomes personal.

DAY 8 – THE WAY OF THE CROSS (JERUSALEM OLD CITY)

This is the heart of the pilgrimage.

We walk the Via Dolorosa, step by step, following the path of suffering, love, and sacrifice.

At the Garden Tomb, sorrow turns into hope. Death gives way to resurrection.

Here, we are reminded: the Cross was not the end — it was the beginning.

DAY 9 – FAITH THAT STANDS FIRM (JERUSALEM → GALILEE)

Leaving Jerusalem, we journey north.

At Caesarea, Mount Carmel, and Megiddo, we are reminded that faith must stand firm against fear, power, and false idols.

By evening, we arrive in Nazareth — where Jesus lived an ordinary life, teaching us that holiness begins in everyday faithfulness.

DAY 10 – CALLED BY THE SEA (NAZARETH & GALILEE)

In Nazareth and Cana, we revisit moments of calling and transformation.

By the Sea of Galilee, where Jesus called fishermen to become disciples, the invitation feels deeply personal.

Faith is not about perfection. It is about saying yes.

We cross into Jordan that night, carrying the call in our hearts.

DAY 11 – SEEING WITH FAITH (JORDAN)

From Mount Nebo, we gaze upon the Promised Land.

Like Moses, we learn that faith is not always about arrival —sometimes it is about trust.

At the Dead Sea, we float effortlessly, a final reminder that God carries us, even when we are weary.

DAY 12 – RETURNING, BUT CHANGED (AMMAN → DUBAI)

The journey home begins.

Yet something within us has shifted.

Scripture now has faces, footsteps, and places.

As we travel back through Dubai, our hearts are filled — not with souvenirs, but with meaning.

DAY 13 – SENT BACK INTO THE WORLD (DUBAI → KUALA LUMPUR)

We return to Malaysia — not as tourists, but as witnesses.

The land remains behind, but the journey continues within us.

This was not a holiday.

It was a pilgrimage of faith.
